Ttc#2 12dpo and a bfp?

i have had all the signs of being pregnant. and i took a test this morning. when it came reading it my eyes are being weird cause of a mive headache i fell asleep with last night and the lighting in my apartment bathroom sucks but when i had the test in good light not too much not too little i could see a very faint line... does this mean i am pregnant?
