I can add a gif signature in my yahoo mail account but not in my granddaughters Why not?? when i click on Note?

why not? when I click on notepad i get the calendar. and if I try clicking on the options the signatautre I get on that screen does not let me add it either. I have tried all over Yahoo and I can't get it to go. HELP !!!
