I need help with a tattoo idea can anyone help?

Okay, i have a theme going on with my sleeve having to do with my heritage. My mom is of mexican descent and my dad is of Spanish descent from catalonia in Spain. So I have an Aztec thing going on with the Latin templar thing going on. I'm going to a tattoo artist by the name of Steve Soto who is a very famous tattoo artist here in california, and he is incredible with skulls. normally i stay away from skulls but in this case i'll make an exception. This is going to be a forearm tattoo, any ideas of how the skull should look and what I should go with?
