Painfull mouth sore in the back of mouth, with a white head. What could it be from.?

On the top left side of my mouth, I have a painfull red bump with a white head. Whenever I run my tongue across the sore, it stings. I got the sore about 3 days ago, but I have no idea what it could be. Any suggestions?
