Was the swine flu "pandemic" blown out of proportion?
I read an article at a href="http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091120/ts_nm/us_flu_vaccines_usa;_ylt=AuqWEXlRKHA0q.MXcV0myXUl6ysC;_ylu=X3oDMTE2ZWIyaHVqBHBvcwM3BHNlYwNNd19WaXRhbGl0eQRzbGsDZGlkdXNtYWtlYXN3"http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091120/ts_n…/a that seems to suggest it might have been. It specifically says "H1N1 swine flu has infected an estimated 22 million Americans and killed 3,900, but it so far does not appear to be any deadlier than seasonal influenza." Did the drug companies influence how the media reported it so they could sell more vaccines? After all, it says "the federal government has spent nearly $700 million buying them."
