What is with this "Hip Hop" I hear nowadays??

I remember back in the day the kind black folk would sing with soul.They brought their guitars in my kitchen and played songs for me while I cooked.This 'Little Wayne' fellows scratchy voice and lack of talent saddens my old grizzled heart.Where has my beloved 'Little Richard' gone?
