Why doesn't Obama fire John Boehner?

Why doesn't Obama fire John Boehner? We have three branches of government: The President, the Senate, and the Congress; but Obama is in charge of them all. Every since the RepubliCONS took over the white house in November, it sucks. My professor at UC Berkley said so. And no, I'm not taking extension cles. I'm an affirmative action student.
