Political cartoon, please help!?

So for my social cl, we need to make our own political cartoon. It is on "Collective Rights". It can have anything to do with collective rights of First Nations, Francophones and Anglophones. I have noooo idea what to do, do you think you could give me some ideas? Thanks. :]
