Do these sound good for a Villain line-up for Batman 3?

i do not really like it. i don't like it because batman would never let gordon tell people about harvey dent cause then the whole city turn crazy. so it would kind of be like letting the joker win because all he wanted to do was turn the city crazy.so that could never happen! also i think that the next batman movie is mostly going to be about the joker getting out of jail and is going to tell people about the real harvey dent and make every one crazy.
